Parents are often concerned about the nutritional adequacy of their toddlers and pre-schoolers diets. Common concerns that are reported in this age group are low intakes of fruit and vegetables, food refusal, limited texture intake as well as high intakes of sugar dense foods and sugar sweetened beverages.
This presentation will focus on tackling these key concerns listed above by navigating the following topics:
