Registration Procedure

To join the HSA choose from the two options below depending on your status:

  • LMHI Membership - each HSA member is automatically a member of the LMHI

  • HSA Communications - the HSA will regularly communicate with its membership base on matters that affect the profession

  • Effective Representation - contact the HSA should you need any assistance in practice, in any matter that relates to the profession generally or if you need any form of advice

OPTION 1: NEW MEMBER

  1. Please ensure that CAPS LOCK is switched off and complete as many fields as possible. Additional membership information may be completed on login.

  2. USERNAME: kindly select a username using no spaces. Usernames may be changed upon membership verification should it be required.

  3. Memberships will only be processed and allocated a membership number upon the verification of successful payment. All payment options available through the registration page.

  4. Please DO NOT create a new profile if you have an existing profile with the HSA.

    1. To find out if you have an existing profile or any related queries please contact the HSA.

    2. Existing / previous members are requested to log in and follow the instructions below.

  5. NOTICE: Should your current details not permit a log in, please utilise the lost password function "FORGET?" below the login box and follow the instructions further to create a new password. For any difficulties logging in or renewing your membership please contact the HSA.

Note: By submission of any registration form you have confirmed being notified of the HSA's declaration of collection of personal information as per s18 of the Protection of Information Act, 2013 (Act 4 of 2013).

OPTION 2: CURRENT OR PAST MEMBER

Current or past HSA members can log in using the top menu and will have access to the option for membership renewal as below:

  1. Go to "Profile - Membership Status ". Complete the confirmation of membership for the next membership cycle.

  2. Go to "Profile - Profile". Then, in order to check all details please click EDIT PROFILE underneath your name.

  3. Go to "Profile - Levels". Choose your membership level and then proceed to payment for the relevant membership category listed.

  4. What if my membership has expired?

    1. Expired members will be able to log in to the HSA website but only with access to the "Account" item on the left hand menu.

  5. What if I cannot remember my password?

    1. Use the LOST PASSWORD function at the bottom of the login box. Alternatively, please contact us should you require your HSA website login details.
