Dr Chandak released her book, 'Health Vs Disease' released at International Conference at Los Angles. She has published 197 Marathi articles, 72 Hindi articles and 97 English articles in very reputed News Papers. Two research papers were selected by European world congress on 'Age gracefully' with homeopathy, she delivered two lectures in European homeopathy congress Vienna in November 2016. She has been invited by UAE Health ministry and Tunisia homeopathy society as a keynote speaker at homeopathy and autism conference held on 2nd April 2017 hosted by lotus holistic center in khalifa city, Abu Dhabi at rotana beach resort. She presented for research papers in Liga LMHI Homeopathic world congress Leipzig Germany in June 2017 on the "Amazing role of natrum muriticum in dental disorders. She delivered a lecture on Profound Rehabilitation in Neurology with Homeopathy at European Neurology Conference held at Venice, Italy in June 2019. She is the director of NGO Padmaja Welfare Foundation. She received Outstanding woman of the year 2011 by Dainik Bhaskar Group. She received International status award in Health Excellence given by Vice-President of Nepal in 2009. "Viadyakiya Seva Ratna Samman" by Sunrise Peace Mission, a sister concerned of World Nobel Peace Mission.
